With the advent of electricity deregulation, the government continues to regulate the electricity delivery, but it opened the door to Retail Electric Providers (REPs) who now offer competitive rates for electricity.  This opportunity allows for Energy Brokers, like ourselves, to find the best rate possible for your business.  The deregulated electricity market is a volatile commodity market where pricing changes on a daily basis.  It is our job to provide you with the best rate possible and right now rates are really low!!

Unless you’re a brand new business or opening a new location for an existing business, you already have electricity and you’re probably under a contract.  You never want to break your existing contract because early termination fees (ETF) are substantial and far more expensive than just riding it out.  The good news is that most of our REPs will allow you to contract 1 to 2 years in advance.  Your new contract will begin when your current contract ends.  You will not want to allow your existing contract to expire.

We advise that you begin shopping for your new contract at least 60 to 180 days prior to the end of your current contract.  This will give us, Integrity 1st, the opportunity to work with you in obtaining the best prices and terms for your new electricity contract.  The bottom line is that our business goal is to provide you with the best electricity rate, terms and contract with integrity and honestly. Our objective is to save your business money without manipulation or “shady” contracts.  This allows your business to make a wise and productive business decision in regards to your electricity expense.
